Field stone veneer interior

This home was in need of something , it had a lot of charm and nice open floor plan . Some black and tan  field stone added some character to the entrance of the kitchen and living room .
                                                We used a 60 / 40 % blend of black vs. tan .

This customer had no footing under the 3 coulmns supporting the patio's roof. The weight made the patio crack and settle. We removed the patio and dug out for the footings and poured a mono slab. Then the columns were re-attached and stuccoed to show no signs of construcion work.

 This pool was in need of new cool deck paint. It use to be a gray color that had major stains and some cracks. The cracks were repaired then textured to match surrounding areas, then two coats of cool deck paint were applied.
